Extinguish the bonfires. No bonfire run

I'll refrain from boosting them for now. I'm sure there's got to be some other use for the fire-keeper souls other than just holding onto them.

Also, has anyone ever tried putting any of the other lord souls into the lordvessel?

As in the boss souls. Aren't they called lords or something? I may be wrong...

Oh, well I usually hold onto them and the vessel doesn't let me submit them, they just stay in my inventory. :/

Boss souls are different from Lord Souls; they are weaker, and they are more equivalent to a very potent enemy whereas a Lord Soul belonging to Gwyn, The Witch and Nito allowed them to fight and destroy immortal dragons. Only Lord Souls can satiate the Lord Vessel. The Lord Souls are four shards of Gwyn's given to the Four Kings, the shard given to Seath, the Bed of Chaos' and Nito's.

Alright, I thought that maybe O & S might be considered lords.

1)anor Londo. = Seath
2)firelink shrine = Nito
3)queen witch = BoC
4)Stone dragon

Boom.

I absolutely agree. Beaten the game many times, never seen nothing. Can't wait for NG+ to see if I get one. Call me a geek if u want. I crave this stuff like crack.

It seems intended to me. Everything about an extinguish run seems intended. Game is freaking awesome!

I like your excitement, fireLESS! Admittedly the more I play the more it feels like the proper way. When I first read through your theory I wondered about a ramp in difficulty, now I realize the game plays in a circular fashion when doing no bonfires, naturally flowing from one area to the next, like it was meant to.

It seriously plays like it makes sense. The shortcuts the routes the covenants the serpents. Playing it another way and you are confused. Playing it where Rhea is vs Lautrec, it makes sense. If u don't agree then try it, and I think u will see I am right!

I should get to NG+ by tomorrow. I have licked everything but BoC and Gwyn. I Still have many things to consider before fighting Gwyn. I failed to get the damn moonlight sword from Seath. My phantom murdered him, like a pro I must admit. Oh well, I think the weapon is interchangeable with Logan's spells. Hence the descriptions.
ToG was cake, btw. Ridiculous shortcuts make the whole thing easy, and Nito is slow.

fireLESS, good job with the no bonfire run.

If the pendant is indeed in the previously empty chest in Gwendolyn's area... Did Reah drop one in the undead church? If not, then this may be the same pendant, which may mean that Reah and Gwendolyn could be linked in some way.
