I noticed this recently and figured he didn't show because I didn't summon him for the GD.

Is he back at the Sunlight Altar? The Wyvern Bridge? Seems like he's always sitting at the fire for me, and the only time I ever talk to him is right after killing the Taurus Demon. But then I always do the Lower Burg, so maybe that is required for him to show in AL. Can anyone confirm?
