Need a new build :l

I'm having a bout of writer's block so to speak, I can't think of any type of build I want to make.

So, I come to you guys, give me some ideas, no res/att gouge please lol.

may be a coop of 3 peoples from the beginning to the end could make the game more interesting , each ones with you speciality.
Example of builds:
1 Tank
1 Cleric
and 1 SunBro

Yeah was thinking of the different archetypes, I've just played to much I can't decide anymore

warrior build, it's one of the strongest builds in the game and can use all weapons, its basically a 40/40 build but mine looks like this http://tinyurl.com/7o82zdp

try diferent weapons. I do this becouse they have diferents paterns.

If you haven't tried out any certain weapons or spells/miracles/pyro then you could make a build based off of those. You might enjoy developing new fighting styles with ridiculous combinations of weapons/armor/etc. It never hurts to try things you originally overlooked as useless. In fact, you might really like these things. Unless of course you've tried everything, in which case doing a new approach to the games PvE or PvP might work instead.

I personally like throwing in outlandish moves into my repertoire of attacks. Like climbing up stairs and leaping off for the drop-stab. Doing crazy/dangerous things ups the fun level for some. Maybe that along with a new build will work for you?

I guess I'll try out that warrior build.

yep, weapons hit so hard with a build like that you actually dont need a buff, specially weapons with a C/C.

I suggest the same as rant. The Wolf ring+Rofap is amazing if you dont want to be the standard ninja flipping mom tank. It really gets/forces you to try a bunch of light and medium armor combos as well as weapon combos so you can stay under 25%(its not too restricting though), and you can have a lot of personality. Its not really that much of a disadvantage, you still have decent poise can carry a decent amount of weight in weapons and are able to fast roll. All with 1800hp.

I honestly suggest everyone starts trying out the wolf+fap combo. Basically 50vit,40-50end with the wolf + fap ring and you can do just about any build. You just basically ignore that the ring slots are there, unless you're willing to give up poise.

For what you lose you are able to have a very unique original looking/playing build. Plus 1800hp is plenty. No need for mom mask, giants, or anything. If you dont need poise then you're even better off, but having the end so you can carry a decent amount of weight is still a good idea.

i like them except fr the last one FPN, com on dude, you can do better than that. everyone has had that build for a long time, everyone but me anyway.

Yea i personally dont like faith builds, i was just using it as an example of what you can do. The wolf/fap combo does work with clerics and mages, but its probably better to replace either fap or wolf with a ring to increase spell dmg. I tend to do a lot better with warrior and dex/pyro, im just not that good when it comes to casting. Whats op for some people ends up getting me killed, i do better if i just choose a weapon and focus on that. I'm getting a lot better at incorporating a bow into my play style, which really makes warrior builds something to fear.

Fighting with no elemental weapons or buffs is the way to go, i just seem to play less sloppy that way. It feels really good killing someone in full giants, which has the highest physical defense, with pure physical dmg. I was using an elemental rapier, but with my 30str/40dex build a +15 one does enough dmg that i dont need too.

yeah they're pretty awesome and lately ive been doing no poise and im doing surprisingly good. ggs today btw.

A pve or pvp build?

Also resistance is a good pve stat, it provides damage reduction independent from your characters defence.

Heh I feel bad for asking all you guys for build ideas, me and my friend decided to cosplay as Tarkus (me) and Quelana (him). I'm using Servant of Priscilla's Tarkus build from his cosplay thread.
