    My Obsequey

Post by The_Reflecting_God on Mon Jul 02, 2012 4:15 am

After a rather strenuous 5 hours of literally smashing my face into the solid concrete wall known better as Ornstein The Dragonslayer and Executioner Smough, I came to the sudden realisation that i may need to either boost my stamina pool or crank into some vitality.Because i just can't take the hits..Especially with viciously fast boss encounters like Ornstein..Not to mention the next great challenge, Sif who again, Is fast and I'm not entirely sure if i have the stam to keep up with his frantic assault stratagem. Not quite sure what the later bosses are like. Or if i should even pump more points into either? Which would be a better point distribution?

Post your current build, or at least the stats. Hard to tell you what to focus on when we don't know your current stats

And Sif is female. Don't make her mad or she'll attack even faster. Are you planning on online play more or just offline? If you're offline mostly and not worried about helping others or getting the invaded experience frequently I recommend just playing around until you beat them. Level up whatever you think you need and have fun with it.

You're better off with End then Vit. Dodging hits and moving faster with better armor will save you much better then more health. It may take some learning but bite the bullet and do it.

Also note. Your stamina pool stops growing after 40 End, you only gain equip load past 40.

Also try putting lighter armor on so you can fast roll, or get the EWGR. Moving fast makes O&S a breeze.

I have a new question. Although. I am going to make a sword out of Sif's soul. Not sure which one would be more beneficial. I am yet to travel through new londo or the catacombs. From what i've seen and read. Either sword is useful for a specific area.

One does divine damage, which kill skeletons permently. The other does occult, and can kill ghosts without a curse on yourself.

Neither is needed, but both are useful. It's up to you, really. It's not like choosing one will make you regret not choosing the other.

Yeah. I was just curious which one would be more useful. I don't particularly enjoy the concept of getting cursed to kill the ghosts.

there are transient curses. If you put on the drop ring, you can get quite a bit. Thus having a lot of temperary curses on you.

Neither version of Artorias' sword is that good. Make the shield or consumer Sif's soul.
