Someone told me that it prolongs the magic buffs. But does it prolong DMB/SLB as well?

If you use a talisman for it, it is not effected.

LDCR affects any sorcery or pyromancy buff. Sadly not darkmoon blade though, or any other miracle buff for that matter. It has an interesting effect on power within though. It'll will prolong the life drain, but also decrease the DoT that it does. Combined with using an unupgraded pyromancy flame, it does the tiniest amount of damage, while retaining it's killer bonus.
