They alter the data on their save files using a computer, giving them an unfair advantage over everyone. I just report them and move on.

The BB glitch won't give you 99 of every stat. Every consumable and soul, yes, but not stats. It makes it only slightly less bad than hacking the save file XML... not much, but a bit.
