First off.. I heard of Aesthetic Glitches, like adding fire permanently to a weapon without the effect and also heard that it works on weapons which usually can't be enchanted. Anyone know of these? I'm assuming discussing this is okay since it's not really cheating. Next up.. i'm prepping up for an Artorias cosplayer on my main toon. Right now he's a black knight who uses leo and hornet rings. I know, pretty cheap, but I love parrying okay? Here's my question.. my toons about level 155. Whats the stat number at which the stats stop having any changes? I'm looking to have a nice powerful toon to cosplay when and if they make the armor available. Also, past lvl 120, whats the next main dueling level? I heard it's 240? I'm kinda headed for that. Thanks for all your answers!

225 is the next level. Stats stop giving worthwhile bonuses past 40 except for vit which can go up to 50. Look for the glitch on youtube, even though its harmless we cant discuss it here.

Haha if you're going to 225 then 60 str isnt too bad. At 225 you'll find most things have hit 40 and you'll end up going past it for that little extra.

Haha sweet, man. Perfect since it's going to be mostly focused on STR but the other stats being at 40 mean Artorias' Greatsword will do massive damage on it's own, not to mention the rings will give a killer boost.. I'm not thinking of going too hard on the Greatshield because.. well.. no parry.

Yeah if you can parry never use a greatshield unless its a tarkus cosplay or something. You should get about 727 AR, probably a bit more which even split will do some nice damage.

AR? x.x I suck with these abbreviations since I forgot most. I left the forums when they changed them. Right now I'm using a BKGS and I do about 1.3k to players. Im on NG+++++ I wanna say? I can't remember. Im guessing once I hit 225, the Artorias' GS will do muuuuuuuch more damage?
@buggy isn't counter damage the same as parry?

Leo ring affects thrust weapons only, so it wont do anything for sword.
AR Attack rating. Basically your offensive power before their defence is applied.

Really? Well by what I had read, I thought it was for thrusting weapons only, meaning it changed the parry animation for thrusting weapons only.. I tested this out... it changes the animation for EVERY weapon who's attach type is thrusting. meaning normal/thrust and so on get the animation change. Doesn't this mean that it adds damage as well?

    EDIT:
I was thinking hornet ring... i guess parry/riposte doesn't mean counter?
Does this mean I'm using the leo ring for nothing?

The hornet ring changes the animation for parries for weapons, not the leo ring.

It increases your critical damage, not parry damage.

Switch leo for RoFaP for mid roll or wolf ring so you dont get stunlocked.

PvP is the fastest. Make sure you host instead of invade. You get five times the souls for a win.

Kill as invader: 10% of Soul Level up cost
Kill as Host: 50% of Souls level up cost

I never found PW farming any good, its like 200 per kill right?
