Yes, you retain your box and all it's items in the NG+, no worries.

You will retain them. Except for items like the charred ring and covenant of artorias.

Clarify, you will sort of retain them. Everything in your character's inventory stays with you. However in NG+ you have to re purchase the BB, so you can't get the items in it till you buy the box in the Burg.
