New Parry Intructions video: Myths and Clarifications edition

I've never been a big parry person, but it's good to know it seems simpler and less random than I first thought to execute online.

I agree with you on the falchion being crazy fast, the 2H combo of curved swords is very fast :|

Thanks for the vid. Now i know why i can’t parry the clubs 2h roll attack.I have actually parried ricards a couple of times.

Awwh man! a section on parrying the running greatsword attack
and MLGS parrying! D: I forsee my win rate going down by at least 5%

Great video and comentary man, I presonaly preffer to blind parry the first swing and never liked the poise parry but mostly because I wear light armor and I just don't have the poise required.

Aha, it's a pretty cool coincidence that a few days after discovering martyrsbrigade's video's I get inspired to become better at the PVP and find this forum. Then a few days after joining I find out that he is in fact a member of the same forum.

I helped Peeve many moons ago get the timing right, it was even streamed.
Though it was a Dragon tooth, but the moveset is the same, so I don't think it matters, right?

You can parry the 2h attacks. I was talking about the ground smash attack. That particular attack can't be parried.

WOW, I wish I could have seen it. I probably would've tried harder when Shordude and I were practicing.

It is very tricky. But just to be 110% sure, let me go double check. Im pretty sure we did it, but it was a while ago, and people kept invading haha. Let me check my facts. I'll get back to you.

Yeah, it can be done. But the parry has to be flawless.
