Internet. I have a prosecution in the morning - have to go into london so must get up @ 6am to miss the commuters... I have prepared the case etc; idk whether I should sleep or just stay up?

Where are you off to? If the flight is long enough, I'd just say catch your needed shut-eye 50,000 ft. in the air.

It's a 45 minute flight from Belfast to Stansted.

Then I'd just say sleep now or when you arrive at you destination. That's not even enough time to get REM sleep going.
