    So I made this build because I was bored and felt like cosplaying and to my surprise I was actually winning a fair bit in PvP!
    The no poise is troublesome though as even the smallest attack can stagger you, therefore cancelling any charging Pyromancies or attacks.
    Tell me what you guys think, what you would change or what SHOULD be changed.

    Well he ONLY uses a whip. And Im pretty sure its a normal whip silly
    Also Im not sure your magic def is high enough. He has CRAZY high magic def. I BSed him with my MLBH and did 29 damage.

    I myself was talked into going to 45 Dexterity for the fastest casting speed time, and I will say it's a decision I don't regret. Also, as Martyrsbrigade said in one of his videos, you've got alot of different spells attuned, and may want to streamline it some. Those two points being out there, here is what I would reccommend:

    *A little too much End and Att. Take the End down as low as possible and still fast roll, and take the Att down to 9 slots. Use the rest of these points to make Dex 45.
    *With 45 Dex, make your weapons +15 instead of Chaos. This increases their damage and makes it so they don't have split damage types.
    *Streamline your spell casts by removing Chaos Fire Whip and attuning multiple copies of spells you already have to make it easier to scroll through your spells mid-fight. While this might break character a little bit without the Fire Whip, it should make fighting easier and more efficient since you won't spend half of your attention span scrolling through spells.

    In the end, it looks something like this:

    On a pyro build, you're screwing yourself without high dex. If you want to keep your castings high and the number of spells you have to toggle through low, just do multiple playthroughs and stack multiples.

    Your version of the build is actually quite good.
    You pointed out that scrolling through the Pyromancies would distract me or such, not really I have the Pyromancies in a set order as to remember their locations and presses of the D-Pad to acquire. The only thing I disagree with in this build is the lack of fire surge, without that I'm pretty sure I'd of been a goner tons of times.

    It depends on the situation honestly.
    If you're versing a turtle you would use it because it deals damge through the shield and eats at their stamina, this leads to a shield break which allows the fire surge to hit the guy head on.
    If a person is constantly rolling you just have to free hit him, meaning locking off and using fire surge where you predict he will roll into.
    Finally, fire surge has a decent range to it so if you want you could use it in those tricky bridge situations to push your opponent back or to punish them since they can't move left or right.
    Hope this helps. There's more to it but you basically have to find your own ways of using it and when.

    Fire Surge and GC both create space. Ideally, you don't want to fight in melee range. You want about mid-range which is the sweet spot for fireballs and whips. Surge keeps them from rushing in all the time. It's also a good fake-out for GFB. Pop a couple quick bursts of Surge and then immediately cast GFB. The initial animations look pretty much the same.

    I vote for the Wolf Ring too....

    ....although I think you need more Dex too, to increase casting time. Well worth dropping down to 9 slots and sacrificing a bit of Vit in my opinion.

    Your weapon choices also get stronger at +15 with 40 dex than any elementals.

    This is the one build where I'd urge you to use the Spell Stoneplate Ring (get rid of the RoFaP).

    Jeremiah's magic defense is through the roof, you have to honor that, IMO.
