You get it by killing Ornstein and Smough at Anor Londo. After you kill them, search for the elevator. You'll arrive at a bonfire and then there's Gwynevere, the princess. She'll give you the Lordvessel. By the way, if you intend to join the Darkwraith covenant, dont talk to Frampt (the big serpent at Firelink Shrine).
