Just wondering if I can rescue her, and still buy miracles in the Parish, even though I haven't beaten Nito. I noticed Patches wouldn't come back to the firelink with Nito still alive, and wondered if it was the same for Reah.

Nope. You can rescue Rhea, Homeward Bone back (without killing Nito), and head to the Parish to buy Miracles from her. I do it with my Faith builds so I can get my WoGs as soon as possible.
