How The DLC Could Improve PVP Empty How The DLC Could Improve PVP

If there is a new pvp arena the best thing that could possible be done for PVP is to set a high level cap for the arena. This will make many builds much more interesting and thought out like lets say the cap is 200 just for example, a typical warrior build could look like this.

If they add an arena they won't cap it, they will probably make it have level brackets. like 0-49, 50-99, etc...

But I honestly don't see them adding an arena, the whole point of the PVP is the randomness and the variation.

With the PC version from what I understand they are adding a Matchmaking ability not an arena. It is just supposed to give preferance to anyone on your friends list.

Besides. in terms of interesting builds I always felt the sweet spot was 40-80 you have to sacrifice something at these kinda levels and that is what generates variety.

I've noticed that on my 125 when I Forest Hunt I get people with kind of mixed builds, but nothing OP.

Now when I do the exact same thing on my 145 character, all it is is OP builds, people in Giants Armor using Hornets and Ninja flip and getting 1HKOs.

A mere 20 levels... it's safe to say imma just use my 125 more often and not level it anymore.

(Side note, Forest Hunting with the Cat Covenant Ring does matter on your level, it has no limit however it will pair you with people your level before others, so don't try to correct me on that)

At low levels all I see is Vit+End builds wielding lightning weapons and looking for the hornet ring BS. I get your point and when you're playing with duelists and the more interesting PvPers, but interesting or varied isn't the norm.
