well if you have a dagger or rapier or a high damage str wep and along with hornets ring should always 1 hit them

Fire tempest.
If caught directly in it they take two hits of 800 damage. Then they are on the ground.
Another way to do this is backstab them then fire tempest or gravelord sword dance. They need to roll perfectly to get out of the radius as they get up.

DMB, hypermode, power within, Demon's Greataxe strong attack with 60 str will do the trick, methinks.

The quickest way to kill is not necessarily back stabbing which can take a while if they catch on to you
Parry/Riposte gets my vote when fighting mobs or a super aggressive enemy
Or borrow my Defender Cleric and have 9 wogs!
