Ran across a cheater?

Just playing around with some forest invasions and ran across a guy on XBL. I thought something was funny the first time I invaded him about an hour ago when me and another guy were 2v1 against him and he killed both of us. I thought a couple of my CSS shots landed but wasn't sure...

So I invaded him again and some guy had just backstabbed him but I didn't see any HP go down... I hit him dead on with two CSS, this is with 50 Int, Crown of Dusk... and it did 0 damage. He was duel wielding washing poles... I was using a Velka's rapier. I hit him a few times and it never deducted any HP. Mind you he has no shield at all.

Is this just someone at a super high level or is this cheating?

Its against the forum rules to post gamertags. You should efdit his name out.

I seen on youtube of the same kind of deal where a person would not take any damage. Like they had -0 health or something like that, and they were on XBL as well.

It's more common on xbl but it happens on PS3 too. I believe it's because they hacked there character to have an absurd amount of health, so that it doesn't register hits because it's a small % compared to total health.

if your on xbox then yes its most likly a hacker... you could try reporting them to microsoft and getting their xbox console banned

Yep, hacked. We've run across this type of hack several times, mainly on XBox though.

You should try to bleed them, but if that doesn't work no matter what causing them to fall to their death always will.

Yep hacker. You can only kill them by bleeding them out or as tolvo suggests, letting the 'fall' to their demise. I think i even know what the name of the hack is but don't know if its against rules to mention it in forums so i won't. But yes, definite hacker.

Also Bleed doesn't always work, it depends on the hack they are using so they can make it so bleed doesn't effect them.

you get the rare one on the ps3 aswell, its a total inconvienence

Yeah ive had a few encounters with people like this. 3 or 4 backstabs with no damage inflicted. Xbox.
