Erm shrink the second URL and there is no point in having havels on there if you are already fat rolling IMO. although slow walk might suit them better but it would be crippling...

Ahh, thanks for pointing out the uselessness of Havel's ring. I'm gonna swap it out for ring of the sun's firstborn. And Buggy, yeah this is meant to be pure tanking. That's why I chose magic +5 shield, it gives the Giant shields roughly 100/75/75/75 resistances all round.

For invasions, should I focus primarily on Anor Londo, even though I'll must likely get ganked 50% of the time?

Hmm, does fat roll still provide full run speed, thematically it should totally be anor londo but if you cant get away to play shenanigans with gankers then I would not advise it.

Nah, you run at about 75% speed when over-encumbered.

With only 3 casts of WoG I wouldn't be putting so much into Faith as a main damage source. Also, if you're focusing on invading then the Princess Guard miracles don't seem worthwhile. I would cut back a good deal on the Faith and attunement in favor of less attunement-heavy miracles and upping Dex to get more scaling out of your halberd (as well as slightly faster casting on WoG). Also tweak your End up just a little to 30 so you can have the standard 160 stamina along with your RoFaP. As for your replacement for Havel's Ring, I would reccomend Cloranthy since all that heavy armor will put your stamina regeneration at nearly nothing, but if you're confident in your stamina management you could also go with Steel Protection or Speckled Stoneplate for even more tanky goodness. With all that, my tweaks would look something like this:
