Yes, yes I did. At 3am. And then proceeded to coop for a boss. Speaking of which now that I have some free time I think coop is calling me.

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
Just reached 30 Sunlight medals (bout time too!), won't post picture yet, I'll wait till I've gotten to 50 before doing so as I don't like having to bother with cameras and uploading stuff.
Also I'll try to get prestige done quickly as possible. I should have a couple done fairly quickly but just depends on my play time next few days as I'm working a lot.

Congrats Sun. Serious good to see you back at last. I'd suggest use magic as much as possible and EWGR. Also can you buff crystal weapons?

Yes you can buff Crystal weapons, but here's a tip. Don't crystallize a Washing Pole.

I dont crystallize anything. I like having stuff that I use my precious chunks on stay in my inventory as useful items.

Yeah.. thats what I like too Dough...
so... anyone got any spare Balder swords around?
Though I think I'm gonna go with some poetic licence on the shield and use crystal ring shield, frankly it's too unique and cool to pass up

Yeah, I don't see the point to crystallize your weapon. You gain 20 AR but your weapon will break in 20 matches. Completely useless

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
based on that ideal which I share, I'm hesitant to do so too fatty^^
Mine would be an unrepairable weapon that has 12 durability in exchange for 20 AR.

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
My build is this: http://tinyurl.com/8ypd65s
It's a sage knight which is from Balder, specialising into crystal seekers, though think I'll have to rethink the weapons I was gonna use obviously, though I don't know any weapons which would be good with a character that's got only 10 str and the weapon had to be crystal.. Any suggestions?
What's your build gonna be?
and thanks for the offer boiler but I'll be looking to other weaponry options for when the character is representing the knights by the looks of it.

I would use the Scimitar, you can buy it for 400 souls!

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
Is that build for the covenant fatty? I can't find any allegiance in there if I'm honest But for a build that is presumably a CMW buffed washing pole build it looks solid, though my only worry is it doesn't look like a build for Coop, it's more suited to PvP truly.

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
haha, I think I'll stick to the coop covenant, I get rather disillusioned with general public PvP, I like to stick to organised more so I don't deal with assholes pretty much
But thanks for recommendation of scimitar, was considering it to be fair and at 400 a pop why not really?

Yeah, go with the Scimitar. And for an added bonus, Logan uses the Scimitar. You are now extra awesome

Oh, another thing. Should I change the heater shield for notched whip? I want to make the hosts be VERY scared

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
I've yet to use the scimitar in Dark Souls, but i Demon's it saw me through thick and thin so you can't go wrong with either. if your dex is high go with the scimitar

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
Notched whip? really?
If you wanna scare them, get yourself a lightning/chaos +5 pike so that they either get poked to death from afar or swept aside by your buffed katana close up
Boiler, my dex is only 23 I believe, so I'll be looking at scimi, short and longsword, hopefully I'll decide on the one I want fairly easily

Re: The Noble Knights - Maxed thread 2
My strength is 10. So try find a decent weapon with that lol, it hinged on the BSS but I can adapt to other things as coop builds don't need to be perfect.
can it parry? I'm not sure whether it does block and attack as an offhand but Ive never tried it like that.
