Its only attainable through hacking save file or having it givin to you by someone who has.
Its not suggested that you look here for people to give it to you cause almost all of us look unkindly on hacking.
EDIT: im only saying this cause I dont want anyone to start bashing you for wanting somthing that most wish to attain through real means.
Try looking on the VGF (Video game forum) forum on amazon.

Im guessing they either saved it for dlc, or it just dident make the cut into the release. My guess is that its saved for dlc i cant see why they would lock it out for no real reason, if you look at the stats for it on wiki, its actually pretty decent armor.

I suspect it just got cut. It's not very good armor. It has slightly better physical defense than cleric armor but weighs more.

DLC was never planned originally in statements from FROM
so I doubt it was kept for that. cut I would imagine personally.

from also said that there was never to be another souls game after demons souls and a few months after dks was announced. if it was to be cut im sure petrus would also be wearing regular shmo cleric armour.
