Billy this sort of thread is only going to make things worse really. People who feel the opposite are going to disagree and say something, others will come in agreeing with you. And basically the thing you didn't want to have happen, will have happened.

Just message Emergence or another Mod/Ad to lock the thread for you. They might be able to delete it as well, I'm not sure about that but they can at least lock it.

I will lock it. On a personal note, I also share the concerns about potential changes in tone on the forum, although I believe we may just have some trolls on the loose. Remember, you can always check someone's post history before you decide whether to take their seemingly innocent thread at face value.
