Add one more point to Att for 9 slots or drop it down to 34 for 8 slots.

40 attunement makes no sense.

41 would give you 9 slots, but if you only want/need 8 then leave it at 34.

I kept it mostly the same. Just swapped the GLGS for an Estoc, and switched the stats around as a result (changed your starting class, though...). Reasoning behind the Estoc is that you have 0 poise, so it would be a much safer weapon to fall back on than the GLGS if you really must get into melee combat. Also, switching to a Dex weapon will give you the added benefit of the faster casting time.

ive been playing alot of 0 poise builds recently or less then 70 poise and its improved my pvp knowing i cant be swing happy my spartan build is my pride and glory at the moment i win 8/10 matches i do now soo im not to fussed about 0 poise i love the glgs cause during teh fat roll night i stunlocked roan in full havels armour and that was clsoe to 110 poise he said

i know theres alot of im not gonna say hate but dislike towards spears but its kinda essential towards the idea behind the build ive only turtled once and that was accidental and baal soon set me straight lols,

^Spears are advantaged by lag... but I'd feel as if I were crossing a line if I started discriminating between weapons! There's already so many things that are considered, let's say, unsportsmanlike in a duel, let's not start adding legit melee weapons into the mix. Spears are fine. (And I'd be a hypocrite if I was against them, since I've dabbled quite a bit in them myself! They do get boring, though...)

yeah but due to the nature of a Spartan build ya need a spear and i spend 98% of my tiem 2 handing it, neve noticed lag with it though

This is a big improvement, the 45 Dex is very important when your using this much pyromancy.

yup, the tower shield was thrown in to make up for the remaining weight but can be removed in favor of a medium shield or what ever, i just figured since your default defense with the dbf is to parry you might want an absolute block if you ever did have to block. i just wish there was a foot stomping attack...
