1 You can do a plunging attack (R2/Right bumper and forward) on the asylum demon and the taurus demon which will connect and then chain into the cinematic falling attack (the one where you jump off their head). This way, you can do about 50% more damage against these two bosses.
2 In the depths, at the point where you slide down the ledge after the giant rat, you can hug the left hand side and reach the area with Domnhall immediately, skipping the fight with Kirk (if you're human). This also allows you to quickly unlock the shortcut from Domnhall to the bonfire.
3 Berenike Knights (the dudes armed with Maces and Greatswords) can be parried, but not riposted. However, you still receive a damage boost for the counter attack.
4 You can use groups of enemies (like the horde of dreglings in the undead parish) to kill invadees by throwing an alluring skull near them. This works particular well with the Trident's 2H buff.
5 (Credit to Vageta for this one) In the Catacombs, at the very first bridge (the one which has a necromancer chucking fireballs at you from the other side, just after the first bonfire), you can go to the right hand side of it and roll forward, which will bring you down to the area outside the corridor with the titanite demon at the end. This fall is not lethal and allows you to reach the Gravelord covenant and access a powerful curved greatsword and miracle early in the game.
6 The Silver Serpent ring has no effect on NPC invaders if you get summoned to another players world (say Mildred in Blightown, for example). You get the same amount of souls with it equipped or de-quipped.
7 The giant club barbarians in blightown can be backstabbed and riposted.
8 (Sparkly Twinkly lizard) Pisacas can be backstabbed. They are the blue octopi things in the prison area of Dukes.
9 (Sparkly Twinkly Lizard) In Lost Izalith and the Demon ruins, using the spell camoflage will turn you into a floating demon, identical to the other enemies. This allows you to fool invaders easily.
10 (TehInfamousAmos) You can make a jump from the Undead Burg at the start of the game to middle of lower undead burg - survivable at any levels - you roll off of one of the ladder closer to the beginning of the burg ( near Merchant ) you roll onto one of the balconies and to a jump over into the lower undead burg allowing you to open both Lower undead burg shortcuts - also gives access to Charcoal Resin etc early on
11 (GkMrBane) shooting any invader in the face with a bow produces a stagger animation (no matter how high poise is) and does a slight increase in damage.
12 (TheInfamousAmos/Vageta) Quitting Game while using Homeward Bone in Nito's Lair (Gravelords) puts you at the entrance of the Tomb of Giants allowing you to skip Pinwheel all together - or basically making a shortcut to him in conjunction with the roll to the titanite demon anyway.
13 With the use of a master key, you can access the new londo fire keeper soul, blightown FKS and by killing the daughter of chaos (and Quelagg) a 3rd firekeeper soul off the start of the game

Thanks for contributing, but I want this thread to be full of things people wouldn't know, even at this stage of the game.
