every world - cough cough Pure Greystone from showing DBS to Scirvir etc - you can continue getting stuff everywhere - get crest of vinland - so o so forth

I can`t get into the gate at the start in 1-1 (Executioner place)
Isn`t it suppose to be open now that the pure white event is ongoing?

I took phalanx with no deaths but I cant remember where i died the first time.
I am in human form now (resurected through Stone Of Ephemeral Eyes), so if I die now the gate will be open?

I hope you did not die after using the stone of ephermal eyes. Once you turn human from soul from the gate should open. I had the same question last night and once I used the stone the gate opened.

Must be a bug...I am now at the dragon god..killed both flame lurker and Dragon God..Still the stones to the left is there..
Edit: After returning to the nexus and then back again the path was open. But still no luck at 1-1

But everything is pure white is it not? Until the 15 th? I even killed the poor red dragon to see if that would help, but no luck

The pure white/black tendency events are only for the NA version (atlus). Namco have never held any events on the euro server to my knowledge.
You have a few options to turn your world 1 white if you have any boss alive there. The two dragons also counts as bosses.
1: Kill more bosses. 3 dead bosses in world 1 moves tendency from neutral to pure white, if you don't die while human in-between.
2: Turn the world pure black, then kill BP miralda and the primeval demon, and you only need one more boss kill for pure white.
3: Kill a few invading BPs online, while you are human and hosting.

Then there will be no white tendency for me in world 1.. 1 boss left and no one is invading..(I do play in soulform as much as I can).
