    I've been playing this off and on recently, and have come to the conclusion that to get any decent amount of XP you have to either pay, get a ton of referrals, or grind for weeks. Am I doing something wrong or is it that lame?

    Oh, and major balance issues. Lights can hardly touch heavies.

    Lights are only really useful for flag capture, unless you use the bow launcher thingy. I wouldn't have much of a clue XP wise, but I don't recall getting much in the time I played.

    yeah, lights are only meant for goin fast and capturing the flag. i think that class is more focused on skiing than shooting

    Mmm. They're also good for chasing with their Impact Nitrons, but I want enough XP to buy the Raider, Technician, or Infiltrator. Raider costs like 18200, and I get 200 for a 15 minute game. That's almost 23 hours of straight grinding! Secondary weapons are even worse, some of them cost 100k.

    to be fair some of those side arms are one shot monsters

    True, but what good is a one shot monster if I can't ever get it without referring 20 people or grinding for ages? I can't even support my team properly if I can't be a technician or a hof.
