hmm... start with a cleric and put every point into faith up to 50 then a few into attunement... the spears should then do alot of damage at lvl 40 in the depths, plus if you happen to have a gwyn soul... sunlight spear, thats quite a few dead dragons.

Thats only because the gaping dragon has a ton of health cause hes so bad at killing. He's an endurance battle.
