you should either have faith at 30 or 50, there is no reason for you to keep it at 40. also, the canvas talisman has a higher mag adj than the sunlight talisman.
the sunlight blade will be more powerful than the CMW at that int level.
and there is no reason for you to have that much poise, 76/77 is the highest amount that is useful
do you want to try to block a lot of hits?
you should also have fast roll, it will make things a lot easier for you

Yeah, I definitely like it, I just didn't want to have to use the DWGR so people couldn't call me cheap.

same here, i never use it anymore. i could try to tweak the build a bit.

looks good. you did a good job. i tweaked a few things that i personally
would change,but its personal preference. I basically just switched the
armor around to give you 60 poise without the wolf ring and replaced it
with rofap. then i took away some vit and end and added some dex and a
rapier. also i changed the shield(you should really be 2hing the great
club anyways). also you really might want to consider the dex and rofap.
dex so you can have at least a little variety(which trust me you
eventually will) and rofap for obvious reasons.

http://tinyurl.com/8a3adh9 like this? you would have less poise and i switched shields. if you go with this then you could use the 2h rolling r1 of the club and then roll away, you would have to depend more on dodging than blocking but once you learn it you could be a beast with this build

I could try that, less poise but the stamina regen is nice. I would pretty much just have to rely on my rolling more than blocking anything.

also if you didnt want a helm for your character for looks or w.e you could always just use havels gauntlets and leggings instead of what i had there.

all i did this time was to remove some end to put on dex. fruit is right when he says that it would be a good thing to ad a bit variety, you will still have the fast roll though

cool why choose havels over dwgr? having 50end doesnt give you more stamina but rofap does. you literally save 10 stat points which you can put somewhere else by using dwgr over havels. its really personal preference if you prefer rolling to flipping but they are the same speed wise.

^not really the difference is minimal but the flip is a bit slower, it is also longer than the light roll.

No, it's not me. I like the ninja flip ring, it's just that sometimes when I beat people with it they get pretty angry about it. I don't want to give anyone a reason to complain.

idk thats a bit debatable. a lot would say that the flip is more accurate when it comes to dodging and roll bs. but thats why its personal preference. i wasnt bashing the idea i sometimes prefer to use havels and fast roll instead of flip i just think with this particular build dwgr would be more better. plus he would have 55 poise which is really important for str weapons.

also you might know this whatdoesthependantdo but make sure you try and master the great clubs rolling R1 attack. its basically the main reason to use a great hammer.

dude forget that. anyone who complains about something like that just ignore them. thats one of the dumbest things to complain about seeing as 90% or more of people in pvp use it.

That's what I say! Sometimes even the dudes complaining are ninja flipping. I just get tired of hearing it is all.

you should really just ignore them. try to have fun with pvp rather then try to concentrate to much on honor or dishonorable ways of playing. the main reason im saying to use dwgr in this situation is because with str weapons you REALLY should have at least 54 poise. its almost mandatory. if you really like the eagle shield you can ever keep that and still hold a rapier. http://tinyurl.com/6sg4q6g same stamina as cools with equip weight to spare if you want to try different combos. once again im not trying to bash your idea cool seems we are pretty much on the same page other then that.
