More weapon types, and more viability for all weapons, having ones that are awful for no reason kinda annoys me a bit. Upgrade for weapons a hybrid between demons and dark, not too confusing and farming like demons but not over simplified like in Dark with catch all ores.
More NPC storylines/optional boss encounters. Maybe make NPC quests have bosses in them or things like that, would help flush out the optional extras of the game effectively.
Archery worth a damn again like in Demons.
No matter how many people ask for it, casting like demons is unreasonable, it means you can do the entire game using spells if you have enough MP replenishing things and just made it far too easy. Forcing people to use melee was a good thing in my opinion.
Try and reduce lag on online, though lets be honest it's not the most important thing compared to the PvE, thats them main thing the game is being made for.
Bring back the idea that every boss you get a soul from, and bring back spells getting made from souls too, that was an awesome idea that got dropped this game, I think was a bit of a shame to be honest.
Bring back from Demon's Black phantoms again. The gravelord idea was cool but didn't work that well, however tendency I don't want, it's a nice idea but in practice is not that amazing or fun.
If they bring back covenants, make them more important and commitment being required. not just spell types but weapons too. If they were made more vital and a more solid choice, PvP variety could only benefit from it.
