The first two, in the Undead Parish and the Depths don't respawn, so if it's either of these two, I'm up the proverbial creek. I hope it's the ones in the Duke's Archives because they do respawn, so at least I have a chance to get one if I farm them. All I have to do is die and that's something I do on a regular basis.

I'm fairly certain you can get it from any Channeler.

I've got my surprise present Trident from the Depths one so it's pretty much random...and reading how hard it is to get it for some of the people in the community, I feel pretty lucky. Thanks to this it's gonna take me just a couple of more hours to get the Knight's Honor trophy

As with the titanite catch pole, the trident can drop from any non-respawning or respawning channeler.

I believe all Channelers drop the Trident. I was able to obtain mine from farming the Channelers in the Archives. Took quite awhile, but eventually got it Be sure to try and have your item discovery rate as high as possible.
