PvP build help!

So im planning on making my first PvP build that will go to sL 125 and possibly join FC . But I want some suggestions from all you PvP pros. It's a DEX/FTH build.mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=273255645

EDIT: Decided that I will take my FTH down to 30 and raise DEX to 45. Also when my uchikatana's buff runs out I will use the chaos blade. Also I will swap out the Server for the Demon Spear or electric Falchion when I feel like it to keep it versatile and opponent on its toes. Clever ain't I?

1st make it sl 120 as that is the FC pvp lvl.

You should get yourself at least 14 Str, so you can wield your weapon 1-handed too. It's good to alternate between 1 and 2-handed in FC, otherwise you'll be too predictable and will get parried easily. And you might be tempted to try a parry yourself! Also, the Uchi's 1-handed R2 is much better than its 2-handed, in my opinion...

lol Ya I meant to give my self 14 str so I can parry. just slipped my mind

My own personal opinion - your attunement is too high. I'd ditch Karmic Justice. I've never used it personally, but people tell me it isn't very effective in PvP. And, I'd also get rid of Great Heal. Farm some humanity and use that instead. That'll save you 4 points to put somewhere (like Vit or Dex).
