You Ever Just Want to Punch a Wall?

So, I'm sure you've all seen this but I thought I should spread this around as much as I can to let people know about this terrible situations. As a possible future teacher, who has an autistic brother, and friends who are autistic. I've seen bullying, and I've seen students go way too far. But to see teachers doing something like this it just...It makes me hate the world sometimes.

I'm not even sure what discussion can be made around this subject. Maybe, does anything ever just make you hate the world?

Thats bad, really bad. No kids should have to deal with that, let alone ones who already have enough to deal with in their lives.

Awful. I was in school with a guy with autism, I get a lot of things that they have to deal with (some of the guys in my school were **** to him too), it's awful that something like this has happened.

Just sad. I've seen some low stuff like this in my work and you always wonder what might be going on you don't know about.

Unfortunately anywhere you go in the world there's going to be good people and disgusting excuses for people. What's really sad is that this child wasn't entirely able to articulate to his parents that he was being abused. It's a damn good thing he has parents that are perceptive enough to be able to take care of it like this.

Ya know when I was in my senior year of high school, which was a pretty small class in a fine arts branch of the BOCES program, we had an autistic kid in our class. He was there with his aid everyday, who was a college girl that was in an internship for some kind of special ed program. The way that my school treated him was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very gentile with him and almost protected him in a sense. It just goes to show you that for every douchebag there's a genuine human being.

For many people life is particularly hard - but fortunately it's also unfair. :|

WOW I am appalled by the video that is absolutely disgraceful and a complete abuse of power. My common law is a teacher and her whole family right up to her grandma is/was as well and my sister is a psychologist that works with Autistic children so it really bothers me.

Up here in Alberta Canada were I am from we have a way of dealing with scum like that we just send them up to Fort McMurray so they can be with all the other inbred ignorant red neck no class scum.

Wait, the other teachers didn't get fired? What is wrong with society...

I work for an agency that provides services for adults with disabilities. We've shown people the door for way less than this.

Horrible. Just horrible. I can't believe that society is this ignorant and stupid. Forget punching walls, I want to bash my head against one. Repeatedly.
