good advise when fighting nito?

Im right out sidfe his door logged out. I d fight him but i gotta go to sleep. Any good tips? also how do i get to the abyss? all i need to go to last board is nito and abyss boss.

also does anyone have 5 sun medals\ to trade?

Use the wiki if you need help, lots of good strategies out there. If it's your first time going through the game I'd say try to take him out w/out looking, just as a hint, Nito is a BIG necromancer w/ skelles so a divine weapon would be helpful.

For the abyss boss (4 kings) you'll need to traverse the new londo ruins and the ghosts.

you need to get the Covenant of Artorias ring from killing sif and then take it to the new londo ruins to enter the abyss (the ring must be equipped before jumping in though!). i have 5 medals that i can give you depending on your sl and system. i am ps3, sl 35 currently.

1. Killing his helper skeletons with a diving/blessed weapon will permanently put them down.
2. Bring a heavy weapon, like the Zweihander. He can be stunned with a heavy hit.
3. Make sure you bring a shield with at least 70 stability, to block his area effect attack.
4. You can block his attacks, but it's easier to side step them and counter attack while he's in the animation.

like neon said... pyro all the way, a heavy armor, a divine weapon to kill the skellies that aggro you once you land in the lair -stay where you land, dont move further in the lair- crest shield for the magic blast/swordance and burn nito down with your best pyro (if you are saved outside and havent attuned pyro it might be worth to go do it and come back)

I always took out his skellies with a downgraded occult club you get in anor londo so that it is a divine +5. Then I take him out with pyromancy.

that's what i did lol . all miracles on me.lol. Also i accidentally hit my skel black smith so no fire weap anymore. Sucks. Have to wait till ng+

I just wammied him with a Broadsword +15 in NG and a Great Scythe +15 in NG+.......Heavy armor probably helped.

im sure you already beat him but what i do is:

kill the skellys where you drop down with a devine weapon
stay in the area you drop down from and let nito come to you
when you hear a scream wait a second and roll(its hard to dodge this attack)
once he gets near you just melee him to death hes easy without his skelly friends helping.

kind of like capra demon with HIS little friends helping.

Nito:

- Like everyone said, use a divine weapon to kill the first skellies that aggro when you drop down.
- Avoid going too far toward the back of his room. There are a few giant skellies back there that will really mess up the fight for you if you aggro them! If you stay in the first half of the room, or so, they won't aggro.
- Stick very close to Nito and he won't even be able to hit you with his melee attacks.
- Once you've taken out his skellies and you're sticking close to him, there's only 1 attack you need to watch out for anymore: his AoE poison tide attack. He telegraphs this attack from a mile away, though--when you see him stop attacking and curl up, then stand tall, that's when you need to run away! Check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L2o-uvMBdmU at 1:30 for an example (btw, it's an old video, the Crystal Ring Shield was thankfully nerfed, so don't try that!)

So take out the skellies, stick very close to him, and avoid his AoE attack, and he's a breeze.


As for the 4 Kings, you need to go through New Londo until you drain the water. Then go through lower New Londo until you reach a round tower standing by itself with a fog gate--that's where the Abyss is. Go through the gate, equip the Covenant of Artorias ring, and fall down to go fight the 4 Kings. (Be careful where you fall down; you can do it right out the gate, but do it from one of the platforms and inch your way off, otherwise you'll go splat on a lower platform and die before you're even started the boss fight!)
