Forest Covenant when going NG+

Hello

I just went to NG+ with my char who is in the Forect Covenant. In NG I forgot to get my rewards for victories.
Am I still a member of Forest Covenant when Im going NG+? (Never been in a covenant before), and can I still get my rewards?

Yes, and you should still get your rewards. Who would have though Tolvo would answer a Forest Hunter question?

Are you sure? Because my hunter toon is +1 and hs got neither the ring of fog nor the talk about Shivas untrustworthiness.

Yesterday when I entered the forest the "invisible" men were attacking me. Arent they supposed to be... friendly when Im Forest Hunter, or is it only those near the building with the Cat?

Dough did you do a *Cough*, certain glitch on that toon? If so that is why.

They should be Sou, but did you just become a Forest Hunter right before that happened? This is a lesser known glitch, where if you just become a forest hunter and go out some of them might still be aggressive towards you, sometimes killing themselves off of cliffs to chase you which causes you to sin against the cov. If this happens, quit to character screen, then reload the toon you were on.

Tolvo I have not glitched this toon, in fact I have not glitched at all. I only joined the forest hunters in NG+ and Im still in NG+. Just to add I didnt get the divine blessing either. So I've got nothing from Alvina

Hmm, that is quite odd indeed then. I've never run into that issue, I guess I'm not as knowledgeable of the forest as I thought.

I got the Shiva dialogue but not the ring. I had traded Muninn for it prior to joining though so perhaps that's why.

Well if you've already received it from Alvina you can't recieve it in NG+, but you traded for it right? Man, sounds like I need to do some FH tests in regards to NG+.

Hi guys, I have been a continous forest hunter throughout ng and ng+ and I kept my rank and the ring from the cat. I think this is the regular procedure.

im not really sure how the kitty covenant works. ive grinded to +3 on a character and still not even had the divine blessing. where on another, i hadnt even killed anyone and she gave me both the divine blessing AND the ring of fog. :|

Cats are tricky. In my case I think she neglected my prize since I had one already. Is it possible to have two fog rings?

IMO yes, it is possible to have two rings, but you can get only one per playthrough. If you leave the covenant or betray it, the cat will not let you enter again until the next playthrough.

If I can have two then she ripped me off......what the heck Alvina. I got my one and only from Muninn on NG and didn't join the Tree boys until NG+ and leveled to rank two in that playthrough. I joined again after hiatus in NG++ and still no presents from the cat.

Oh yeah, if you betray the cov and accidentally talk to Alvina, which signals her talk before she vanishes. She actually has to finish talking to you before she vanishes. So if you just walk away breaking the dialogue, absolve, and come back, you can rejoin the cov.
