What happens when you play with knives.

I'm not trying to be provokative. I'm talking about when you play games like Dark Souls or Skyrim for months on end.

I don't know about the rest of you but I get 'itchy trigger finger' syndrome. A little bit of ' bang bang, you're dead' kind of play for a change and I'm not talking games like CoD, more Fallout 3. Plasma rifles instead of swords, Rail guns instead of axes and best of all Sniper Rifles instead of bows. Do any of you feel the same or are you all committed slash, slash, chop, chop, twang, twang players?

lol. I literally put killzone 2 into my ps3 today and had a few games. I played over 100 hours of F3 back when I got it and its kinda boring for me now.

Well I have been playing Deus Ex HR a lot, but that's more so investigations and conspiracies than just shooting.

I love more "in depth" games, but multiplayer shooters are awesome.

Not a big shooter fan but action games with guns on occasion make the cut

I play a lot of fighting games recently.

I am a fan of Action RPGs especially ones like fallout (you can only swing a sword for so long)

Honestly, I used to play FPS games ALL the time. Me and Joe used to play COD:MW/2 constantly when we were first hanging out.
But I can;t stand them anymore.
I only play FPS games like Bioshock, amazing games that are creative and original.
Now I play almost exclusively RPG games, and Rockstar games.

Yeah I can only play FPS games that either are very story heavy, RPG's like Fallout 3. Either that, or games that are more entertaining with characters, designs, etc, like TF2.

Mostly I play RPGs because of one beautiful thing: No more annoying 12 yr old gamers who like to b*tch when they lose. Now I only play COD when I am with friends that's it although I do like TF2

Yeah I've been leaning away from gaming communities more and more these days as they have really been disappointing me as of late. This site is probably the only one I'm a part of anymore.

All intellectual thought dies on the internet and especially in gamers this maybe one of the few places where the members are not crazy or stupid.
