Use your white soapstone in a area that you know well and help the host beat the boss.
Or if your on PS i have alot of spare medals you can have.

If you have items of value to trade you might be able to request medals from a peddler in your soul level range as well. The peddler link is in my signature. The first page lists members and soul level/system
