    And my first answer is, lightning is the most common buff I've come across. Why bother mitigating physical damage, when most of my opponents so far have been using elemental enchantments. I think the PG set has the best mix of elemental mitigation.. I could be wrong, but it's stuck out. This toon will be a female, so the crown should look fine.

    The scythe scales pretty well with dex, it's a standard weapon, so the weapon buff should apply.. I like its move set as well. The rapier just works well with the build. I'll also consider using the moonlight great sword.

    But I'm sure i'm just seeing this build through rose colored glasses.. What did I do wrong?

    I would drop Int to 44 and increase dex to 45 (leaving you one free point). The damage increase from 44 to 50 isn't huge, but the extra cast speed is important.

    Why the ascended flame?

    I would use TCC to cast CMW, for PVP. So, swap the flame for TCC.

    Other than that, it looks good to me.

    I got the flame for great combustion, I figure since I dumped so much into int, and 4 spell slots, why not use it as well?

    For PvP, spells are hard to pull off. So, GC would be a good surprise.

    \Yeah, we'll see. I'm gonna play around with the soul arrow spells, I might use the lighter versions if they scale well. Combustion doesn't seem like it has much windup. And as far as I can read it scales with int, since it's considered melee, so that should be pretty nasty.

    But if I get 2 handed by a str weapon, i'm dead.

    Pyros don't scale. The damage is affected by the level of your Pyro glove. So, get that thing to Ascended +5.

    The int moddifer on your flame is only for the punch attack. The mag adjust is what makes the flame more powerful (the ring and crown help too). I think a little poise would do wonders too. You are using the medium roll and still have some equipment space for it. You may even be able to make up the difference the lit ring does and change it out for the wolf ring. I think 60ish should keep you moving from most one handed hits.
