The only thing I can think of is maybe lowering End or Vit a bit and putting two more points into faith, to get your adjustment a bit up. Since you are using all light equipment you don't need much endurance if you are trying to rely on spells, unless you are expecting to work more with melee combat in which case the stamina is useful. I hope Blaine is online haha, this is more his Forte.

Yeah, I would lower the Vitality a bit to make room for other stats. The health increase from Vit decreased considerably after 30, more so after 35, and even more after 40, so the 1100 you get at 30 should suffice and can withstand two to four backstabs from regular other players.

Put two of the points saved in Vitality into Faith to allow yourself use of Sunlight spear incase you ever want to use it, as it will also increase miracle damage and talisman scaling, which is always nice. The other points could be placed in raising attunement to 19 to increase the number of spell slots by one. The final two points, assuming you lowered your Vitality to 30, could be put into endurance, strenght, dexterity, faith, or just put straight back into health.

That's all I can think of so far, as I haven't finished my Faith/Dexterity build design yet, good luck!

Looks pretty good, I'd recommend swapping emit force for force or another cast of WoG. Emit force is great, except no one really ever gets hit by it. haha.

Like everyone said, take a few points out of vit and end to squeeze a bit more faith in. It will do you more good in the end. Also, I'd recommend using the BSS as your main weapon and buff it, the moveset is deadly and the damage is very good. You can get more hits with richards strong attack, but its very hard to land. You can also try the silver knight strait sword, its one of my favorites.
