You know, I've always wondered.
How do you think it feels to be in undead form?

I think it would be like depression, you know? All empty and hopeless. Weak, vulnerable, self loathing. Just, empty.

Re: You know, I've always wondered.
Flappy, Skinny, Loss, Nerves Not functioning much, restrained only by the muscles they have. They do not feel pain, however the idea of it makes them squeal when hit, as well as the idea of staggering force towards them. No starvation, sleep deprive, nor other ideas would actually come are necessary, however the idea of it might cause people who prefer the human quality, such as the onion knight, to fall asleep at times when the idea of working tires them. The idea of being hollow and human form as an undead can counteract the ideas of cold and warm, and possibly the two changes the temperature tone of the body. However as such beings do not tire from warm exteriors such as the Demon Ruins, nor feel cold in the highest points such as the Archives, do not notice much in terms of temperature.
In general, I do not know the whole idea of the undead aspect, and nor will I with th counter aspects of both sides of touch and untouch coming into the factor of either them actually feeling or the idea of it comes to mind to make it (some inception and matrix stuff, in a way).

No. Not awesome. The idea of dying might change from fear to constant luxury. The aspect of losing your mind to hollowment in mind is not that pleasing either, becoming a drone that may or may not be able to think, while you loss control of your body (you die with essence, but your form exists). The idea of fighting day after day, or just staying in a place doing nothing but sitting, is not very appealing as well. The fact that you may or may not feel anything at all, for better or worse. The idea of feel may exist with you, but it will never return. You might still feel your emotion, instinct, and logic, but you will lose all desire of senses.

Re: You know, I've always wondered.
Your talk about temperatures is starting to make me worry if I'm hollow. I consider anywhere between 105ºF and -20ºF "shorts weather."

Highfive! I wear pants all year long, unlike a friend of mine who wears shorts, even though we typically have a foot or more of snow each winter.

It probably feels like not having blood circulation, but all over your body, all the time.

There's nothing wrong with shorts in snow. Or bare feet on ice to take the garbage out on Monday nights. Or t-shirts for sledding. Or jumping into 35 degree water with ice chunks for fun.....

we're whalers on the moon
We carry a harpoon
But there ain't no whales
so we tell tall tales
and sing our whaling tune

Re: You know, I've always wondered.
Amazingly debilitating depression. Thus all the undead you see carrying out random menial tasks as to take their mind of their plight. And those who can't take their mind off of it are cursed to lose their mind and go hollow.
