Build help needed

Heya folks! I'm looking to make my first PvP build and decided I wanted to try a CMW build using Ricard's rapier and probably Velka's as a backup and the TCC as my catalyst, but I'm not really sure where to go from where I am so far.

The Build:

Starting class: Sorcerer

Soul level 115
30 Vit
19 Att
30 End
9 Str
40 Dex
50 Int

Hmm one thing may i say?? 30 Vitality is not enough for SL120 pvp, most people without a class cannon and just DMB will 2 hit you with a weak weapon, so i would say up your vit to 40 and why 19 Att, the 16 with 4 slots is enough, 5 slots is rather crazy no offence... also 50 int, are you going to be using spells a lot or are you just gunna spellsword? And armor wise what armor set and rings...
