poison them from where you spawn. if you don’t move anywhere and just start shooting poison arrows they wont come after you. don’t bother with the phantoms just poison lautrec, or poison the phantoms and go in to slaughter lautrec. it might be boring and you have to poison them at least twice. but it is a guaranteed win
or you can get the crest shield(for magic res) and make them come after you, run up the stairs so that only one can attack you at a time (except for the mage, hence the crest shield) use a spear to attack while blocking or just attack them. if you have pyro/spells this is also a great place to use them as the can’t doge very well.
if you can’t do either of these just try to run to them dodge the soul arrows and backstab them all, it might take some time before you learn to do it right but it works once you learn how to do it.
