Things you still have not experienced in Dark Souls

I am 800hrs+ into this game(im not exaggerating) and there are still things i have yet to do with any of my characters. In all my hrs of gameplay i have yet to get the silver serpant ring or the maiden set. i do have platinum trophy tho. Anything you guys have just never got around to or have had bad luck with?

Way over 1,000 hours and I've never invaded.

wow really? do you just not have internet connection for your console?

I'm about 400hrs in the game and have never ever done the Catarina Knights questline.

Or he's just never made an invading PvP build lol. For me, I'm probably in the 700-800 hour range and I've never worn Mask of the Mother or used a katana.

I've BEEN invaded plenty, but I've never been the invader. I just hate the idea of potentially ruining the game for some poor feller. My co-op builds are fine for dealing with invaders, generally. Seems to me the build rarely has much to do with winning anyway, unless there's a huge discrepancy in gear (like the Burg glitchers) the better player will usually win, be it he or me.

aaaw callipy i hope your not a farmer. you may think invaders are low but farmers are by far the worst in my opinion(and others im sure). Do you only help with bosses or do you just sit with hosts and wait for invaders? sry this is off topic but you might have not realized it was looked down upon.

Fruitpunchninja, I would Say callipy is one of the most honorable phantoms I have ever had the luck to encounter. No, he's NOT a farmer. He help the host with area and bosses, and tries to protect them from invaders.

i believe you. its just some people just dont realize that some areas are kind of fan made duel spots and being a summon in those areas can be looked at as being a troll. There are plenty of honorable summons too and im glad to hear hes one of them.

I still haven't gotten the titanite catch pole. I don't think I'll need it though.

Still couldn't find the Avelyn... where the heck is that? I know it's in the library but never seen it

I think total I'm probably around 600 hours or so and there are a few pieces of equipment I've never held. The Ghost Blade, not the jagged mind you, the Great Lord GS, and the Gwyn set. I've also never gotten Grave Lord Servant cursing to work. I've had it done to me but I've never gotten it to work when I try it. I'm also yet to try Dragonoids. I think I probably will with my next build though. I've been forcing myself to take kind of an extended break from DS for the last couple of weeks. It was starting to hurt my grades.

It's on top of one of the bookcases in the first room you enter that's like library stacks. You have to drop off of one of the moving stair cases while it's in motion and time it right so you land on top of the shelf.

I'm still missing Siegmeyer questline ending, I actually never found him in Lost Izalith. And I hate that poison labyrinth! I only got there in my first playthrough and those octo demons killed me, I never got there anymore since then. Yes, I never had the red slab

i hear ya. you reminded me that i have never gotten the ghost blade either just the jagged one..

its amazing that we can play so many hrs of this game and still not have done everything. especially since dks has no filler like most action/rpgs.

Wait. there are two ghost blades? I wasnt aware there was one that was not the Jagged ghost blade. Guess you can add that to my list. I have something like 600 hours I am assuming.

I have yet to ever set foot in dark anor londo, I've never made a boss weapon besides Quelaag's Furysword, and I've only beaten the game once, although I have upwards of 16 characters (so I've never gotten the dark lord ending).

I have yet to get the titanite Catchpole or beat Gwyndolin, I have gotten 2 Jagged ghost blades though xP

Never used a Katana, or BKGA, havent done the Segimeyer questline, I have never gotten the Cloranthy Ring or gone into the Great Hollow at all. Never used the Avelyn (Got it on 1 char, haven't upgraded it)
Never used Giants armor, and have yet to be GLed, and I have yet to use a Weapon buff like SLB or DMB. (I have used Pine Resin though) And I have never taken my toons vitality past 30. That is literally my highest vitality build xD

I have gotten around 8 JAGGED ghost blades, but apparently there is a super secret special ghost blade that only the screaming ghosts drop.

The hunt is on.

Also I haven't taken a toon past 30 vit either, HM..

I've never made a Chaos Blade, or Lifehunt Scythe. I've also never found a Ghost Blade...I have yet to get platinum, and I have a toon with over six million Ponies on him, and that's not even enough. Oh yeah, I have yet to use a dagger, the regular dagger.

I've never maxed all weapons & armor on a single character.

I've never invaded either because I don't want to interfere with another player's game, especially when they're going for a boss because it's happened to me quite a lot and it's so damned annoying when you've spent time eqipping your character appropriately and psyched yourself up for the fight.

Just seen your post Tolvo and I can't believe you've not got the Platinum after all those hours. Fat chance I've got then, although I surmise that a lot of that time has been spent in Practically Vibrating People.
