That awkward moment when the griefer gets griefed...

Well, last night I decided to start a new character and mess around with 120 builds (for the 20th time). Currently setting up a STR/INT build, mainly because I like the larger weapons/Moonlight GS and trolling people with Chameleon

Five times I was invaded in the brief few hours I spent cruising through the game up until Anor Londo. All of the invaders were pimped-out, giant-wearing ninja-flipping griefers with lightning claymores and great scythes. This against me, who gives no consideration into upgrading gear or decent weapons until NG+ with Elite Armor Set and a Lightning Spear/Furysword :| I was sitting there thinking, I might as well just hand them the backstab so I can carry on with levelling, but instead I decided how much of a fight I could put up.



Typically most of them played by the griefer code of fishing for backstabs and don't pay much attention to keeping their guard up, so I switched twohanded with my tiny little weapons hoping for the best, and managed to stun-lock them to death with my pitiful damage. The only griefer who managed to give me grief chased me (literally) from one side of Anor Londo to the other throwing Fireballs endlessly. I managed to defeat him when he started swinging at me turtling behind my Eagle Shield and Lightning Spear.



Although the majority of this story isn't overly interesting I was just curious how many of you have been invaded at a low-level, being very unprepared, undergeared and pulled off a victory to surprise both you and them?

Thats nothing tonight I faced a griefer spamming crystal homing spear constantly and when I had him one hit away from dying he pulls the plug on his game and leaves without me gaining any souls. He did this 8 times tonight. At least if your going to invade grow a pair and die with some dignity. He made invaders look bad tonight as far as im concerned. Weak....just plain ol weak. Sorry for the rant but this really got to me.

I mentioned this in another thread but I was waiting to be summoned a while ago and when I got summoned my host was fighting a troll so I was pissed at the time (this happened twice already) so I pulled out every dirty trick and tactic in the book and then I spammed force until he fell off of the cliff (we were fighting in the courtyard near the church and across the bridge from Andre of Astora) then he had the audacity to insult me with a message. Ha trolls aren't they classy?

Its funny when people like that play and get all pissy. Like lorenzo said if your gonna die, die with some dignity but its so important for them not to lose. If thats the case they shouldnt even be pvping cause your gonna lose a few. That guys just used to ganging up on new players that dont know what theyre doing cause hes too scared to hop up to 120, and also people like that discourage new players from the game.

yeah i made a faith healer i was lvl 11 and a dude in full havels fat rolling with a giants halberd tryed to keep bsing but he was so slow i could just swing away the spiked club and made him bleed to death

I have an Anti- Griefing class, SL 26. Black Knight armor. I think I will do it again but up to SL 20. How about we farm some griefers? 3vs1 in the Burg. Buahahahaha

I love farming grifers just made a dual dagger Anti- Griefing class with a lightning dagger in right hand and bandits knife in the left its rolling poke and followed by r2 rapes grifers

Yesterday actually I was working on a sunbro with a bit of faith, and two slots. So I could cast Force and Heal. I was doing Co-Op in the parish, and on my way we got invaded. Level ten mind you, I see the guy. Giants, MotM, Bandits Knife. He hit me with it once and I found out it was Lightning, so I I saw my host running away. He chased my host and actually despite my host being a new player, he dodged extremely well. He couldn't strike to save his life, but he kept himself alive against this guy. Finally we found ourselves running for the bridge over darkroot and I could actually see the invader behind me. Just then I switch to a talisman and casted force, knocking him right off to his death. He unplugged before he hit the ground sadly, but he was a Darkmoon so we probably would have gotten a lot of souls. I wondered how my host got sin at one point and asked him after the entangle, he told me a friend suggested he kill the undead merchant haha. That explains why he had an Uchi.

I've killed many with the iaito and dung pies. if they try to moss i chain bs as the toxic kills them all by itself.

Kill them as i can not. I'm sure mildred would agree.

I am always game for anti-griefing! I have a sl20 sunbro in the parish/burg area for summons. Nothing to speak of on the spells/faith front, but I maxxed the pyro glove w/chaos pyros and he also carries 99 humanity for the defense bonuses at low level. Somebody summon me and I will claymore until I can claymore no more.

Summon me, I'm in the burg disguised as a starting thief. I'm rocking a catch pole and grass crest shield, and even a +5 bandit knife. No spells though.
