Paper, Rock, Scissors PVP 1v1 at soul level 60

What straight builds (no Hybrids) do you guys see having the advantages/disadvantages against other builds assuming the skill of the people running the toons are the same and there is no lag. I will go first.

• Dex Build over Faith Build
  
• Faith Build over Strength Build
  
• Int Build over Strength Build
  
• Strength Build over Dex Build
  

Your Thoughts?

why str over dex? dex has faster weapons. spears, rapiers, katanas ect.

I was trying to throw the Strength build guys a bone!

The most important one: DEX over STR.

STR can be easily parried/backstabbed, dex can hit and roll away, and other things.

Hard to say at SL60... more depends on what weapon choices each build has made and how upgraded those choices are.

The reason why I chose SL 60 is because you have to be really specialized. At SL 120 everyone has 2, like a Strength build with Faith, Dex Build with Int, Int Build with Faith, or a Faith build with Dex. I wanted to get granular!

My Sl 54 mage has 36 INT and 15 vit. You're right, totally specialized

Weird... for my SL120 character I couldn't invest in anything else for my Int build. 50 int, 40 vit, 30 End, 23 Att, 20 Dex, 16 Str...

At SL60 you have to choose either vit or your stat, so are you assuming these 'builds' are only putting points into their main stat only? I still think this has more to do w/ equipment than anything else.

At that level it has nothing to do with the build, since almost anything can 1-shot.

- Str will either OHK or stun-lock until dead, which is equivalent.

- Dex can parry/ backstab.

- Mage will be OHK.

Any build has that potential at that level. So really it's all up to individual players, and which one is better at unleashing his OHK first.

Vit/end/elemental >>> everything else at SL60. Sad but true.

You could also say that if you had the poison ring on and spammed dung pies at SL60 >>> than everything else. Guess the meaning of this thread became hollowed.
