Dark Souls PnP RPG

New guy here. For awhile now I have been attempting to design a Dark Souls Pen and Paper RPG version of Dark Souls the video game. But it will not just be a Pen and Paper RPG you play with friends around a table but you could also play this game on the computer. their should be website or if this wiki is willing a separate section where we can play this game online.
I just would like to see if anyone is interested in helping to design it.

What I mean by Pen and Paper RPG is like Dungeons and Dragons or Rifts or Dark Heresy and Warhammer. With dice and stats and leveling.
Although i did take a look at that Writing RPG topic. It will be something like that only interactive with quests and such.

Anyone play Talisman? I have been thinking of making a Darksouls version.

I friggin love crap like this, I used to play 3.5 DnD and dabbled in 4.0 for a time, atheltic goliath monk, I could jump over any obstacle!

The help im looking for is someone to help me design the combat mechanics, someone with an insane amount of imagination to help design quests, and any one able to help design the game in general. I have been lookin at my DkS guide's basic mechanincs on how the game works. That way i can base the combat mechanics etc. as if it were the actual game. I have been also been trying figure out how to make character creation as if in game. Anymore ideas to add the game?

Numbers I utterly suck with, but quests and writing I have experience with. I've been a successful DM before, helped written stories for Flash Games which I won't link because they ended up being absolutely terrible, not exactly a great credit to source, but I'm good for helping with quests. First of all I'd like to know how you plan for the quest system to work, and how much freedom there is?

I once got really far into writing my own choose your own adventure story but admit that it was rather silly.

Lol.....it was never titled officially but was the telling of someone questing to end some sort of plight. Not sure I ever got around to what the plight was actually and the entire thing is just plain shenanigans. I eventually got distracted by life and quit but I had a good start.

It's all built into my old tripod website actually along with a lot of other tomfoolery and even hidden easter eggs (a page with downloadable mp3s that I wrote and have since forgotten how to play).

I have just started on Character Creation process and character sheets. The quests will allow freedom. Such as how to deal with an enemy. you can try to reason with it if its sentient or sneak up on it or just beat the crap out of it. Also quests will have alot to do with survival. Much like the game you will have to do anything to survive. Like maybe you and fellow explorer are low on estus and the bonfire is way to far away to get too, so you might have to meet an NPC and give him/her/it a specific item and it will give you some estus. OR maybe you have some estus and you come across a needy child who is half dead. You can give him the estus but if you get hurt you wont heal becuz you dont have any more estus.
So if any one is willing to make a quest line or mini quests plz just post it or PM me. (is there PMing?)
Also I am making the combat system. Need help on that too.
