    I would have had to give up on the game by the first boss without help. I just don't enjoying playing the same half hour over and over to guess a bosses weakspot before getting oneshot each time.

    Without information one cannot make a choice about how to proceed, and dark souls is hard because it tells you nothing.

    What confuses me is how they manage to take out useful aspects of the game in a sequal.

    Oh and I think the next game needs to bring back the multi target for large bosses, fighting the gaping dragon and being unable to lock onto his back with magic made it harder then it should have been.

    look bro for most bosses there is no "weak spot" you just have to doge and attack. you can also ask for help in the given section of the forums

    What Artorias said is true, but there are different tactics that work better on some bosses than others. Personally, I think that it is great that you have found something within Dark Souls that you enjoy happy.     Well I beat Gwyn actually, was surprised to find him the easiest boss in the game for one that you have to have a stand up fight with!

    No I meant between all bonfires, or at least one or two in each area, not just the convent ones. Also... three teleports within the save zone? How is that useful to anyone! big grin

    I'd like to see a shield on the back preventing a backstab but a riposte to a dual wielding character to take an increased amount of damage to display their helplessness. Being parried with a shield should offer some sort of counter, a split second shield raise to prevent the riposte, but a shield wielding character would be vulnerable to a backstab.

    Dexterity increasing weapon speed along with casting speed would be nice, and strength decreasing post-swing recovery time and increasing the stability of your shield.

    A new source of magic to represent nature, borrowing from all the schools (soul, lightning and pyro), needing a chakra to cast basing their spell power on intelligence and resistance
