Gives you the time to run away and heal/buff, I guess it's more of a defensive spell than a true stealth option.

If its true that hidden body + fog ring = complete invisibility, then isn't 30 secs enough to assasinate someone?

I think you'd need hidden weapon as well.
Plus if you have something that has an active buff (ie grass shield) you can still see the aura.

Hidden body + RoF doesn't scale. As I'm playing as Priscy, I can't hide the Lifehunt Scythe nor Priscilla's Dagger withe Hidden Weapon because they aren't buffable. I don't want to use the RoF because I don't want to be constantly invisible, only for a certain time. Maybe I'll test the Lingering Dragoncrest Ring.
