Depends on what time your on really. I'm in the pacific standard time zone. From 6pm to around 11pm I get constant invasions and summons wherever I go. Outside of that its hit and miss for me. Weekends are also the best time. Starting fridays aroudn 2pm and ending sunday mornings.
