by Midgar Mon Mar 19, 2012 1:26 amSo I have a great headset that I use for MW3 but I use it on Dark Souls too, just invaded some guys and found them by the sound of their footsteps. They were running around the painted world in the part with the water wheel mobs, I could hear them from above and the exact direction they were in. Just found it funny for some reason, I don't notice stuff like that usually because having a headset is pretty useless in DS.

yeah, or you could turn up the volume, i noticed a huge diff when i play with the tv really loud, i never do since i play mostly at night and i have to be quite since my little man and the wife are lseeping.

I've got an excellent 7.1 Turtlebeach headset and it can make a huge difference. Nobody ever sneaks up on me!

Though I admit when im round my friends and we decide to go online, giving banter to the guy on the other end of the pitch (playing Fifa) is pretty funny I must say.
