Need Red Sign Soapstone for my SL25. PSN

I've got lots of Chunks, a White Slab and numerous weapons on my SL138. Need to find someone who can get my SL25 a Red Sign Soapstone so I can work trades with my son, who's also in the SL20 range.

Actually, I have it with my high level but from what I've read, the lower level has to be the one to drop the sign? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I tried dropping the sign and he couldn't see it. Yea, we can wait til one of us rings the second bell and that's an option but he lives with his Mom and will be at my place over the weekend. We want to do some soul bonding...and trading while he's here...lol
As my high level has all the gear, we would have to do two trades I guess. Get you your dagger, then I'd have to log in with my lower level to get the red soap.
Again, correct me if I'm wrong or if you know an easier way.

EDIT: also, he's already been "twinked" three times by low-levels so we thought it would be fun if we geared-up and ambushed said "twinks".
