Souls? Not kidding. Are you sure do you have a pyro glove in your inventory? You just need to many souls for her to upgrade.

you need to get your golve to +10, ive seen her when my glove was at 10+ and she upgrade it up ti flame+5

At first she wouldnt ascend mine either even though it was as high as it would go without her. Then later on she suddenly would. idk why.

My glove is +15 before I even met her, and I purchaced everything I can, and she asked me do do her a "Favor", I guess I'll just have to keep going back periodically and check.

I always thought it was necessary to defeat Bed of Chaos and Quelaag before you are able to upgrade.
Or was that purely for Tempest?

purely for tempest... she should be able to acesend any +15 pyro flame always worked for me anyway...

She ascended my +15 pryo flame, but boy does she want a lot of souls to keep levelling that badboy up. She sells some pretty awesome pyro too, like firewhip and great fireball. I just had to reload my game to make her appear once I'd located the pillar she sits under.
Keep talking to her and she'll ask you to free her mother and sisters (lol, Already killed Quelaag and the firekeeper for her firekeeper soul (I may yet regret this but meh), but this is not a proviso on upgrading your weapon.

Killing the firekeeper blocks that particular firekeeper (buts there's another bonfire less than 10 seconds away), and you cannot join the chaos servants.

next time you kill quelaan wear the old witches ring you horrible person, you will be guilt tripped to death. then the chaos covanent will be after your @$$, wish the chaos cov worked like the darkmoons with gwynevere but with quelaan instead. new lava formations for new pvp terrain etc...
