If you use it in the right place and time(think halls and narrow walkways) Not that i would use it in a 1v1 fight... Or any fight. But its not to hard.

I tried it once on a guy with a katana (thought it'd be especially effective against katana users) and the guy just ran right trough it. He then stopped, shrugged and continued fighting.

I read somewhere that two hits with Acid Surge will break all armor and weapons. Sounds nasty if true.

with a maxed pyro hand pretty much, plus its a great way to troll farmers or get them to back off specially if you've got multiple casts.

Damn! Will just try this for the troll factor. But I doubt I will easily make someone run trough the cloud twice...
Also I imagine it to be effective against crystal weapon users? (they're such a rare thing to see though)

if all else fails and they avoid the cloud you can stand in it to heal or whatever since it doesnt affect you.

As a hunter I sometimes carry it just to give a big old middle finger to farmers, I've broken so many MLGS it isn't even funny...It's hilarious haha. Boy do I get hate mail for it, but oh well, farmers are scum. In duels I would say it is a pretty **** thing to duel, then again it is incredibly easy to avoid.

I like to use it against glitchers and lagstabers, but its really hard since you can avoid it easily
